چکیده
The objective of this work is to develop porous maize stalk cellulose fiber-reinforced geopolymer composites for heat insulation on the bottom side an electric stove using solid impregnation method. Heat loss measurement conducted infrared thermometer. Moreover, temperature effect investigated. fibers are very essential anticipate cracking phenomenon generated by high temperatures. degradation causes formation small cavities in matrix, and thus leads experimental result shows that it takes 22 minutes boil water proposed stove, whereas 29 existing local stove. By water, 113,793,148.104 KWh energy per year at national level can be saved.

Accelerated Heat Aging Study of Phenolic/Basalt Fiber Reinforced Composites
One of the greatest impediments to use polymer-matrix composites is their susceptibility to degradation when exposed to the elevated temperatures and the limited knowledge on the thermal and mechanical properties of these composites at such temperatures. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of accelerated heat aging on the tensile properties of the Woven Basalt/Phenolic (WBP) ...
متن کاملAnalysis of Local Thermomechanical Effects in Fiber-reinforced Periodic Composites
Two approaches are combined to investigate the effect of localized thermomechanical loadings of periodic multiphase materials. The first one, referred to as the representative cell method, reduces the infinite domain problem to a problem for the periodicity cell by means of the discrete Fourier transform. This problem is solved by the discretization of the cell into several subcells and a secon...
متن کاملComparing Fiber Glass and Cellulose Insulation
Whether your pocketbook or the planet is your chief concern, energy efficiency can add up to a lot of savings. Reducing energy demand reduces the amount of fossil fuel combustion needed to heat and cool homes, which in turn decreases the amount of carbon dioxide emitted into the atmosphere. In terms of your pocketbook, reducing your energy consumption means lower utility bills. While there are ...
متن کاملCarbon Fiber Reinforced Bismaleimide Composites
Bismaleimide (BMI) resins are developed very rapidly due to the demands of the defense and aerospace industries. They are cross-linked polymers which process like epoxy resins but have an upper use temperature of 230°C, compared to the epoxy upper use temperature of 175°C. Also due to the available intrinsic properties of BMI resins such as higher thermal stability and lower toxicity than those...
متن کاملCellulose-reinforced Composites: From Micro-to Nanoscale
This paper present the most relevant advances in the fields of: i) cellulose fibres surface modification; ii) cellulose fibres-based composite materials; and iii) nanocomposites based on cellulose whiskers or starch plateletlike nanoparticles. The real breakthroughs achieved in the first topic concern the use of solvent-free grafting process (plasma) and the grafting of the matrix at the surfac...
